The vineyard was under the ownership of Catherine Conseillan in the early part of the eighteenth century and has remained unchanged under the tenure of the Nicolas family, who acquired the property in 1871.
Co-managers Bertrand and Valmy Nicolas are the fifth generation of the family to run the estate.
