Chateau Clos Fourtet, a top Saint-Emilion wine producer situated right in the heart of the mediaeval town, priced its 2018 vintage at 81.60 euros a bottle ex-negociant, up 13 percent from the 2017 release price of 72 euros, according to London online wine market Liv-ex's blog. The price also puts the estate's 2018 wine at a small premium to the current cost of the physically available 2016 vintage, according to Liv-ex.
