Prosecco Output Rises as U.K. Buoyant

Prosecco output is poised to rise further after last year's record crop as demand remains buoyant in the U.K. export market, according to Luca Giavi of the Prosecco DOC organization set up to protect wine growers and the authenticity of the northern Italian sparkling wine brand.
